The taxpayer statement uses a 2025 median homestead value of $522,710, a $0.259798 rate per $100 and a $1,358 estimated city tax bill as its baseline. Items 3.C–3.G cover hearings and possible adoption of the fiscal 2026–27 budget and a $0.295343 rate. Item 3.B permits possible action on city-manager compensation and a related budget amendment.
Items 3.H–3.L list guest-house hearings at 34712 Mayer Oaks and 31910 Lake Wind, an indoor baseball and athletic-performance facility at 18443 State Highway 46 Building 3, a variance at 3131 Bulverde Road and the 387-acre McCarty Ranch plan at 31575 Highway 281 North.
Items 3.M and 3.N cover Signs & Safety Study costs, a stop sign at Casey Road and Barton Hill Drive, 135 feet of no-parking space on Marvel Drive, a citywide speed-limit reduction from 35 to 30 mph and 25 mph limits on Edgebrook public streets. Item 3.A proposes park-facility fees, while item 3.O permits discussion of a city-manager goals workshop.
Public participation and next steps
