Property assessment rolls for The Grove and The Crossings public improvement districts are scheduled for Comal County approval Thursday.
Commissioners will consider each district’s 2026 annual service-plan update along with the associated assessment roll. The court would act through Order No. 567 for The Grove and Order No. 568 for The Crossings.
The rolls matter to property owners because they are part of the districts’ service and assessment plans. The preserved agenda establishes that updates are proposed, but it does not disclose the total assessments, individual property amounts or services and improvements planned for 2026.
Two Orders, One Meeting
Both items appear on the action agenda for the Commissioners Court meeting beginning at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 13 at 100 Main Plaza in New Braunfels. Commissioners may approve, amend, reject or postpone either update.
The two districts will receive separate votes. Any assessment change, payment schedule or project list must be established through the detailed plans, signed orders or later county records rather than inferred from the meeting notice.
