Comal County’s orders index says Order 569 accepted and approved The Grove Public Improvement District’s 2026 annual service plan on Aug. 20.
That is a concrete change from the earlier county record, which placed The Grove and Crossings annual plans before commissioners for action. The Grove matter now carries an adopted order number and approval date rather than only a scheduled decision.
The Grove PID’s 2026 annual service plan now appears in Comal County’s adopted-orders index as Order 569.
The county page also lists Order 548 for The Grove’s 2025 update and Order 524 for its 2024 plan, giving assessed property owners prior-year orders for comparison with the 2026 plan.
The sequence documents three annual county actions for the district: the 2024 plan, the 2025 update and the newly approved 2026 plan. For owners of assessed property, the useful next comparison is between the charges assigned under the latest plan and those in the prior-year order.
Order 569 establishes the county’s action and the plan year. The districtwide assessment total, parcel-by-parcel charges and any amendments made before approval require the adopted plan, assessment roll and meeting record for a complete comparison.
Once those documents are available, property owners will be able to compare their 2026 charge with 2025 and connect the amount to the services and improvements funded through The Grove PID.
