Comal County’s new Crossings PID order listing says commissioners approved a 2025 service-plan update Thursday, while their Aug. 13 agenda identifies the same Order 568 as the 2026 update.
The mismatch matters to property owners trying to identify which annual assessment roll now applies. The orders-page listing supplies no district total or property-level assessment amounts.
The county’s Orders & Resolutions page, retrieved Thursday afternoon, lists Order 568 as “Accepting and Approving the 2025 Annual Service Plan Update for the Crossings Public Improvement District” and dates it Aug. 13, 2026. The meeting agenda describes Order 568 as the 2026 update and says it includes the district’s assessment roll.
Order 567 Has a Second Conflict
Thursday’s agenda also identifies Order 567 as the proposed approval of The Grove Public Improvement District’s 2026 service-plan update and assessment roll. The current orders page instead labels Order 567 as a discretionary professional-services exemption for Triton Design and Construction LLC dated July 2.
The newly posted Crossings entry indicates that an annual plan was accepted and approved. The conflicting year prevents the index alone from establishing whether the linked document is the 2025 or 2026 plan.
The county agenda asked commissioners to approve both 2026 PID updates and authorize the county judge to sign Orders 567 and 568. The current index provides neither a clearly labeled 2026 Crossings order nor an entry matching the agenda’s Grove order.
