Four sales-tax permits issued Oct. 20 and 21 list entities at New Braunfels and Spring Branch addresses, according to Texas Comptroller records. The holders are Canyon Lake Firefighters Foundation, NB Pickleball, Shaazam LLC and WJB Services and Fabrication.

For residents tracking local services, the records identify permit holders and listed sales dates but do not establish that any listed storefront has opened. A permit listing is a state tax record, not confirmation of a public-facing location. The records give different first-sales dates, including dates after the permits were issued.

The Comptroller listing identifies a permit holder and address; it does not verify an opening.

Canyon Lake Firefighters Foundation

The Canyon Lake Firefighters Foundation listing gives 2850 Wolfcreek, New Braunfels, as its address. Its permit was issued Oct. 20, and its listed first-sales date is Nov. 17. That future date is a field in the permit record, not a verified opening date.

NB Pickleball

The NB Pickleball record lists 1269 Summerwood Drive, Suite 201, in New Braunfels and identifies Directed Strategy LLC as the taxpayer. The listed first-sales date for NB Pickleball is Aug. 7, earlier than its Oct. 20 permit issue date. The difference shows why the first-sales field should not be read as the date a storefront opened.

Shaazam LLC

Shaazam LLC's record lists 1153 Waddie Way, Unit T, with a New Braunfels postal address. The row places that address outside city limits. It gives an Oct. 21 permit issue date and an Oct. 20 first-sales date; neither field independently verifies an opening.

WJB Services and Fabrication

The WJB Services and Fabrication listing names WJB Services & Fabrication LLC as the taxpayer and gives 1088 Overbrook Lane, Spring Branch, as its address. The row marks the location outside city limits. Its permit was issued Oct. 21; its listed first-sales date is Nov. 15.

What the records can show next

The records list Nov. 15 for WJB Services and Fabrication and Nov. 17 for Canyon Lake Firefighters Foundation as first-sales dates. Readers can look up the named holders in the Comptroller's permit-holder dataset to check later record changes. Updated state listings or local permit and inspection records are the next public documents to examine for operating status.
