Four Texas sales-tax permits issued Oct. 30 list New Braunfels addresses for Little Caesars of West New Braunfels, Pass the Chicken, Rutledge Development LLC and Koi Flare Import Services LLC. Each of the four Comptroller rows gives Oct. 30, 2026, as its permit issue date.

Residents tracking commerce at these addresses now have the registered business names, but the permits alone do not establish that any location has opened. A sales-tax permit identifies a tax registration. Its issue date should not be read as an opening date or as a measure of investment.

The Comptroller's permit data list the registered business and New Braunfels address; a permit is not an opening announcement.

The four registered addresses

The entries below preserve the business names and outlet addresses in the Comptroller's records. Street abbreviations are expanded only where the address remains clear; the records do not describe what activity is underway at each property.

These are tax-permit addresses, not verified opening locations.

Little Caesars of West New Braunfels is listed at 2286 Alyssa Way, Ste 105. That identifies the address associated with its Oct. 30 permit; the entry does not establish when customers could visit the location.

Pass the Chicken is listed at 675 N Interstate 35. The Comptroller entry provides a business name, address and permit issue date, without establishing whether food service has begun there.

Rutledge Development LLC is listed at 815 Mission Trl. The row establishes a sales-tax registration at that address; it does not describe a construction project or quantify an investment.

Koi Flare Import Services LLC is listed at 36 Guada Coma. Its entry likewise identifies a registered business and address, without showing what operations, if any, have started at the site.

What to watch next

The next public check is the city's certificate-of-occupancy and permit records for the listed addresses. Readers can inspect the businesses and addresses in the Comptroller permit data while later city records establish whether any location advances toward occupancy.
