Two public-safety training awards
The council awarded F.A. Nunnelly the construction contract for Phase 1 of the City of Selma Public Safety Training Facility. The council separately awarded a cooperative-purchasing contract to Safeware Inc., enabling American Fire Training Systems Inc. to construct a Class A fire-training prop and burn tower. Emergency radio, election and finances
Resolution 021226-01 authorized Selma to enter an interlocal agreement with the City of Live Oak for a trunked radio system and associated communication services for emergency-services personnel.
