The posted vendor estimates list one eight-row, 30-foot aluminum bleacher at $25,237.78 including freight, and one 20-by-30-foot cantilevered shade structure at $15,750 including delivery and installation. Those estimates describe components of the larger project budget; they are not the county’s final construction award.
Under the project terms, the improvements will remain county property. The county anticipates responsibility for maintenance and repairs, subject to future appropriations. If costs exceed the budget, the youth organization has 30 days after written notice to cover the shortfall; otherwise, the county may reduce or cancel the work.
