Comal County’s election portal now lists an election order for Crystal Clear Special Utility District under the Nov. 3, 2026 general-election documents.

The posting gives voters in the utility district a new official election document to check on the county’s Nov. 3 page.

The preserved county page identifies the district and election date but does not describe any offices, seats, director positions, propositions, bonds, taxes or other measures in the Crystal Clear order. Establishing the ballot content requires the underlying order or a district-specific sample ballot.

The Crystal Clear entry expands a Nov. 3 document list that already includes election materials involving Schertz, the Comal Appraisal District, Comal ISD and Edwards Aquifer Authority districts 8 and 9. An earlier election report explains the other county postings.

The same portal provides links for Nov. 3 early-voting and Election Day polling locations, and it identifies Comal County as a vote-center county. District voters still need ballot-specific information to know what the Crystal Clear order asks them to decide.

Publication of the underlying order or a district-specific sample ballot would identify the seats or measures involved. A precinct check would also establish which county voting locations serve Crystal Clear voters before early voting begins.
