A Comal.News review of Texas Comptroller records found four New Braunfels outlet permits issued from Sept. 30 through Oct. 2, 2026. The entries name Sanctuary at the Station, Hive Wellness, Square Cow Moovers and Creekside Storage LLC.

Residents can use the records to identify the businesses and listed outlet addresses, but a sales-tax permit does not confirm that an outlet has opened or is operating there. A listed first-sales date likewise should not be read as an independently verified opening date.

The table gives the permit issue date and outlet address recorded for each business. It reports permit status only; readers should check a later business record or city certificate of occupancy for evidence of activity at a particular address.

Comal.News selection from the Comptroller's Active Sales Tax Permit Holders dataset. The table does not establish that any outlet is operating at its listed address.

The Comptroller's Active Sales Tax Permit Holders dataset lets readers check the state tax-permit entries themselves. The next useful verification point for each address is a later official business record or a New Braunfels certificate of occupancy tied to that outlet.
