New Braunfels Utilities' Central Downtown to Morningside pressure zone conversion water line was submitted Oct. 7 under permit PI2026-0055 for South Mesquite Avenue. Residents can use the city's public permit search to check the status of these six filings by their record numbers.

Water project filings

A separate electrical filing, EL2026-2553, describes work for the NBU 1101 Pump Station at 778 Barbarosa Road. Filed Oct. 6, it was accepted and under review Oct. 7. The two records name NBU work at different locations; they do not describe a water-service change.

Commercial filings

GMBC Holdings submitted CP2026-862 on Oct. 6 for Latitude Flex warehouse building 12 at 710 North Walnut Avenue. The recorded status is submitted; the filing does not establish that the building has been constructed.

The Weighted Plate Overall filing, CP2026-849, names 118 South Union Avenue. Filed Oct. 2, its status was incomplete on Oct. 7, so readers checking the project should distinguish the application from an issued permit.

Thai Racha's existing-certificate-of-occupancy application, CO2026-844, lists 263 Loop 337, Suite 200. Filed Oct. 1, it was in review Oct. 7. The listed review status is not an issued certificate or confirmation that the business has opened.

Super Gorgeous Brow 2's planning application, PL26-0363, lists 1050 Interstate 35 North. It was filed Oct. 7 and recorded as accepted and under review that day.

How to follow the filings

Enter each exact record number in the city's public permit search to see the latest posted status. A later status change or issued permit will be the next record to check before treating any of these applications as approved work.
