Two official filings identify a $2 million Camp Bow Wow new-construction project in New Braunfels: Texas lists its architectural-barriers review as complete, while city permit CP2026-583 remains in review.
The city filing places the project at 1450 N. Business IH 35, giving New Braunfels residents a verified location and showing that local building review is still underway.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation entry, searchable as TABS2026025036, classifies the work as new construction and lists an estimated cost of $2 million. Its projected schedule runs from Oct. 19, 2026, through July 19, 2027; those are filing estimates, not confirmed construction dates.
New Braunfels’ record identifies CP2026-583 as a commercial new-build filing submitted July 10. The snapshot carries the raw status “IN REVIEW” with an Aug. 17 status date, while the separate state registration says “Review Complete.” The two labels cover different reviews; neither establishes that construction has started or that the business has opened.
The next consequential record is a city status change on CP2026-583. Approval, revised plans or another recorded disposition would show whether the project advances toward the state filing’s estimated October construction start.
