Comal County’s Aug. 17–24 register lists utility permit 107543 as received for Krueger Canyon, permit 107544 as “PTC Issued” for Old Bastrop Road and permit 107545 as “PTC Issued” for Sunset Ridge, Lobo Park and Warwick Park.
The register puts five named Comal County roads—Krueger Canyon, Old Bastrop Road, Sunset Ridge, Lobo Park and Warwick Park—under three utility-permit lookup numbers.
The filings arrived on consecutive dates: Krueger Canyon on Aug. 18, Old Bastrop Road on Aug. 19 and the three entries under permit 107545 on Aug. 20. The shared number for Sunset Ridge, Lobo Park and Warwick Park connects those road entries to one permit rather than three separate cases.
Two Permit Stages
The county snapshot distinguishes the Krueger Canyon filing from the other two permits. It records 107543 as received, while 107544 and 107545 carry the issued status. Those labels establish the county’s recorded permit stage; they do not establish that work has begun on any road.
For all three permits, the preserved snapshot marks the applicant, contractor and detailed work scope as “Not Available.” It also provides no construction dates or traffic-control terms. Residents can enter 107543, 107544 or 107545 in the county search portal when checking for a later status or added document.
The consequential questions are what each permit authorizes and whether drivers should expect a lane restriction or closure. The underlying permits or a county explanation would identify the responsible organizations, physical work and schedule; without those records, the register supports no broader claim about road conditions.
