Four Texas accessibility filings describe $3.0925 million in privately funded construction covering 31,656 square feet at addresses on Herbelin Road, Stolte Road and Old Highway 81 in Comal County.

The filings place two office-warehouse projects on Stolte Road, an office-building shell on Herbelin Road and a laundromat renovation on Old Highway 81, with stated start dates between Aug. 10 and Oct. 1, 2026.

The largest filing covers a 7,232-square-foot building shell at 1878 Herbelin Road with an estimated cost of $950,000. The state page lists its accessibility review as complete and names Herbelin Rd Office Park LLC as the owner; no tenant is assigned in the filing.

Two Stolte Road filings

At 423 Stolte Road, a filing describes a 10,500-square-foot metal office-warehouse estimated at $892,500. A separate filing at 465 Stolte Road describes a 10,000-square-foot metal office-warehouse estimated at $850,000. Both list 415 Stolte Road LLC as owner, Oct. 1 start dates and October 2027 completion dates.

The fourth filing describes a $400,000 renovation for a 3,924-square-foot laundromat at 4888 Old Highway 81. It lists Old Highway 81 Real Estate LLC as owner and identifies the work as a tenant improvement, while the tenant field remains unassigned.

The stated costs and dates come from project registrations and may change. Local permit records and future inspections will show whether the projects advance on the filed schedules and whether their scopes are revised.
